Guarantee Policy

Quay Health promises all our patients the highest standard of quality and care at all times, because of this we offer our patients a guarantee on all work made by our crown and bridge laboratories.

The following guarantee periods apply on the value of our laboratory made work:

• Within 1 year of receiving the treatment 100%
• Up to 2 years 80%
• Up to 3 years 60%
• Up to 4 years 40%
• Up to 5 years 20%

The above warranty is subject to the following:-

• regular 6 month attendance with either the dentist or hygienist
• external trauma (covered by DPAS insurance)
• maintain a good oral hygiene routine
• new areas of decay affecting the restoration

If these recommendations are not adhered to it will invalidate this guarantee.
